Chief Executive John Lee has expressed Hong Kong’s ambition to enhance its collaboration with Saudi Arabia, aiming to bolster its standing as a global hub for innovation and technology. This announcement came during a meeting with Saudi Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Alswaha, where both leaders discussed deepening ties between their regions.
The meeting coincided with the LEAP East technology exhibition, hosted in Hong Kong for the first time outside its traditional Middle Eastern setting.
